Eriko Matsuda, a head of lead identification in discovery biologics department in Chugai, has 10+ years of experience in antibody research. She started her career in 2007 and had been in charge of high-throughput screening of small molecules. Since 2012 she has worked on identification and engineering/optimization of antibody and development of antibody technology including TwoB-Ig® technology.
