Dr. Gennady Gololobov is an accomplished technical leader with over 30 years of hands-on and managerial experience in antibody drug discovery using phage display technologies. He has deep expertise in the design and construction of both synthetic and repertoire antibody phage display libraries in scFv and Fab formats. His experience includes antibody humanization through CDR grafting, in vitro affinity maturation using both random and parsimonious mutagenesis strategies, and antibody sequence optimization. He is also highly skilled in library selection through bio-panning, antibody lead isolation, and comprehensive biochemical and functional characterization.
