Dr. Jay Bhatt is a Principal Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, where he leads the Antibody Purification group, responsible for the production of large molecule therapeutics. His academic research career, spanning 12 years, was primarily focused on cell biology and neuropharmacology. In 2020, he transitioned to the industry sector, joining the Protein Sciences organization at Genentech Inc. He is dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and actively mentors students.
