Jennifer Codding-Bui, PhDSenior Scientist, Protein Engineering at ATUMSpeaker
Profile
Jennifer Codding-Bui’s technical expertise lies in characterizing and engineering antibodies, enzymes, and biologics. Jennifer received her Ph.D. in oxidative protein folding from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Delaware. As an NRSA fellow at Columbia and Stanford Universities, Jennifer elucidated and inhibited enzymatic pathways in neurodegenerative disease. In her role as an application scientist at ForteBio, Jennifer supported over 200 academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical clients in assay development and in analyzing affinity kinetic interactions. Currently, Jennifer works on a protein engineering team at Atum, where she engineers and characterizes antibody therapeutics toward inhibiting and treating disease. Jennifer is excited to share her work combining analytical instrumentation, assay development, and AI to engineer antibody therapeutics.
