Director R&D with more than 15 years of experience in cancer immunology, including 7 years in biotech drug development. Jens joined Laigo Bio in February 2026, where he leads one of the SureTAC bispecific antibody development programs. Previously, he spent six years at Affimed GmbH, guiding preclinical and translational development of bispecific innate cell engagers, both as monotherapy and in combination with cell therapy. Jens obtained a PhD in Cancer Immunology from Leiden University and completed his postdoctoral research at Heidelberg University and the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).
