Kyle Doolan, Ph.D.; Sr. Director of R&D. Kyle leads cross-functional research and development teams focused on molecular biology, protein engineering, high-throughput assay development, and in vivo antibody discovery. Kyle has been instrumental in advancing Integral Molecular's antibody discovery and engineering platforms, translating new technologies into scalable commercial services, and is an inventor on two of the company's therapeutic antibody patents. Kyle has played key roles in the development of Integral’s mRNA immunization process, multi-specific antibody platform, and multiparametric antibody engineering service, ParatopePlus®. These capabilities expand discovery throughput, improve manufacturability, and reduce timelines. Prior to joining Integral Molecular, Kyle was a visiting Assistant Professor at Lafayette College. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware and undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry from Villanova University.
