Maria Amann, PhD., currently works as Senior Principal Scientist and head of the cell surface targeting unit at the Roche Innovation Center Zurich. She has more than 17 years of experience in drug discovery and preclinical development in cancer immunotherapy in the Biotech and pharma industry. Her repertoire spans 1st and 2nd Gen. T Cell Bispecifics, targeted cytokines, tumor targeted immune agonists and GlycoMabs, moving these therapeutics from the initial stages of target assessment through LI/LO phase towards the clinic. In her work she has developed advanced in vitro and in vivo models., and is dedicated to translating scientific knowledge into impactful patient treatments.
