Scientific Director with over 25 years of experience in product research and development, extensive knowledge of therapeutic antibody discovery and cutting-edge technology development. Previously, Qi was SVP, Antibody Discovery at Clover Biopharmaceuticals and a Founder and Senior Director at Kymab Ltd (acquired by Sanofi). In her career, she has delivered five pre-clinical candidates for internal projects and 10+ project leads for development and out-licensing, built therapeutic antibody discovery pipeline and teams, and helped to secure 100+ million dollars investment. Qi obtained a PhD in Genetics from the University of Cambridge/Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, an MD from China Medical University, and an MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the PUMC (Peking Union Medical College) & CAMS (Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences).

Outside of work, she likes travelling with family, exploring new countries and cities to uncover their unique stories and savor local cuisines.
