Robin Silva started her career at the bench at Genencor, doing protein chemistry and enzymology, in the late 1980s. She has been a biotech patent attorney for over 30 years, concentrating in biologics for most of her career. She was a partner at the global firm of Morgan Lewis for over a decade and decided to cap her career by going in-house at her largest client, Xencor, for whom she’s worked since its inception.
