Xiuling Li is Director of the Protein Engineering and Novel Modality group within the Biologics Engineering at AstraZeneca, bringing over a decade of experience in antibody drug discovery and development across oncology, immunology, infectious disease, and other therapy areas. Xiuling leads a team of scientists that designs and optimizes next generation biologics from early discovery through development candidate, delivering molecules that balance potency, safety, and manufacturability. Her team has advanced multiple novel modalities within AstraZeneca’s pipeline, including immune cell engagers, bispecifics, and multispecifics.
