Dr. Levin serves as Chairman/CEO of Ovid Therapeutics and Chairman of Opthea, following leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Novartis. An Oxford and Cambridge graduate with medical degrees, he's a recognized industry pioneer and recipient of the 2023 Scrip Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Levin authored "Biotechnology in the Time of COVID-19" and serves as Emeritus Chairman on BIO's Board.
David Loew, CEO at IPSEN
David Loew has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ipsen since July 1, 2020. A veteran pharmaceutical executive with nearly three decades of industry experience, David brings extensive leadership across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, neuroscience, cardio-metabolism, and consumer healthcare.
