GETTING STARTED

EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION


In the Exhibit Booth Information you will find necessary information regarding building heights, rigging and construction rules of individual booth constructions, as well as the two booth types available at our event.

SHELL SCHEME EXHIBITORS

All shell scheme exhibitors need to sign the document "Acceptance of Technical Guidelines". Please send this filled-in form to your exhibit liason by September 12 at the latest.

INDIVIDUAL BOOTH CONSTRUCTIONS - 1

If you plan a customized booth design, you require a 3-step approval.

1. Design Approval

All designs must be approved by EBD Group. Please send drawings incl, measurements to your exhibit liaison by August 26. In case EBD's design rules differ from "Technical Guidelines Leipziger Messe", EBD Group’s rules shall take precedence.

2. Construction Approval

All individual booth constructions require safety approval from our Health&Safety partner Abraxys. Please send:

3. Stand Construction Permission by Leipziger Messe

You will receive an automated link directly from Leipziger Messe for registration of your stand construction. If you have chosen to work with our official stand builder FAIRNET, you will be omitted from this automated email.’ 

WEB SHOP FOR BOOTH EQUIPMENT



FAIRNET (official booth constructor) and Messe Leipzig are the official providers for equipment and additional services.

Shortly, you will receive an e-mail from your EBD exhibit liason with your login credentials for the web shop
(please also search your SPAM folder) where you can find all related information regarding your booth orders.

Should you not have received an email, for any questions or additional help, please contact your exhibit liasion via e-mail or
at exhibit.eu@ebdgroup.com.

ORDER DEADLINES


The order deadline for all booth related orders by FAIRNET and services by Messe Leipzig like electricity connections, water supply, cleaning and booth personnel is September 12! Afterwards, a surcharge may apply.

The order deadline for booth printing is September 30.

BOOTH PRINTING


You can take advantage of Messe Leipzig's offer to organize your booth graphics for you that can be ordered via the official web shop. Within the web shop you will find an option for direct booth printing.

Send your vectorized files as eps, ai or high-definition pdf latest until September 30, directly to our stand builder company FAIRNET! Afterwards surcharges may apply! See details within the web shop.

SHIPMENTS AND WAREHOUSE


Make sure to pre-alert your shipment and arrange a time slot for a hand over in person on Sunday, October 23. The organizer does not sign for shipments consigned directly to the booth. A stand representative needs to be present upon arrival and accept shipments on your behalf.

Deliveries will be accepted starting October 10.

Latest arrival date airfreight from EU countries: October 21, 15:30 h (3:30 pm)

Latest arrival date airfreight from other foreign countries: 7 workdays before delivery - October 12 until 15:30 h (3:30 pm)

RULES & REGULATIONS

CATERING

Ongoing catering consisting of breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks, as well as beverages will be provided by the conference organizer.

If you'd like to order any catering items for your booth or need a customized quote, please contact fairgourmet Catering, the official and exclusive catering company at Messe Leipzig during the conference.

Hospitality Receptions at your booth need to be approved by the organizer. If you plan to hold a reception, please sign up via email at exhibit@ebdgroup.com until August 31, 2022. Option to host a reception at your booth on Monday October 24 between 6-9 pm. Food and beverages need to be provided at your own cost.

INTERNET – WIFI

Wireless LAN is available in the exhibition hall.

Exhibitors and their stand constructors are not permitted to use outside WIFI routers or access points.

Please do not use WIFI devices or personal mobile hotspots. Personal mobile hotspots must be turned off inside the exhibition hall as they interfere with the Messe Leipzig WIFI.

If an internet connection is vital for your stand, we recommend you order a wired internet service as this remains the most reliable internet access solution for your stand.

USE OF MICROPHONES & SPEAKERS

The use of microphones and speakers is to be approved by EBD Group and will only be permitted if neighboring exhibitors/partnering will not be disturbed.

LITERATURE TABLE

We are no longer providing a literature table in order to produce less waste and create a greener conference.

INSURANCE

The organizer does not provide insurance for any booth components or additional pieces of equipment brought into the conference,
rented from exhibitor services or for personal possessions of any exhibitor against loss, damage or theft. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange their own insurance coverage.

Partnering at your Booth

Exhibiting companies may choose to take meetings at their exhibit booth.

If you would like your agreed meetings to be scheduled to your exhibit booth, please send an email to your exhibit liaison by September 13 before partneringONE opens, 2022.
