Andrea Gisle Joosen is a seasoned executive and leader with extensive experience across tech, digital, and retail industries. Her strategic insight and leadership have driven significant business transformation and growth in several key sectors, including SaaS, green tech and retail. Andrea currently holds board positions at companies like Viaplay Group, Stadium and Zühlke, where she helps guide the strategic direction and innovation.

Her executive roles have included leading turnarounds at Boxer TV and Panasonic Nordic, where she led the revitalisation of operations and repositioned these companies in highly competitive markets. Beyond her executive roles, Andrea is a committed advocate for women’s leadership and diversity in business, working through various advisory boards and organisations promoting gender equality in corporate leadership.

She holds a MSc degree from the Copenhagen Business School.
