Based in IDA Ireland’s global HQ in Dublin Ireland, Gillian began her IDA career in 2004. Since then, Gillian has worked in a variety of different functions including Corporate Communications, Directorate and Business Development. In 2019, Gillian became Business Development Manager for IDA’s High Growth Companies Department, where she had responsibility for leading a team focused on partnering with growth-stage companies from Europe and the US, scaling internationally. In 2022, Gillian became New Business Manager for IDA’s BioPharma & Food team. Today, Gillian and her team work with a range of global BioPharma & Food companies, establishing manufacturing and service-based operations in Ireland. Gillian is an experienced marketing, PR and events professional and leads the marketing functions for the IDA BioPharma & Food department. Gillian is also a mentor and accredited WACN coach.
