Schedule in-person meetings for January 8–10, 2024, and virtual meetings for January 16–17, 2024.
In-person one-to-one meetings
Scheduled in-person meetings will take place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square from January 8–10, 2024.
Please make note of the meeting hours:
- Monday, January 8 | 8:00am – 6:00 pm
- Tuesday, January 9 | 8:00am – 6:00 pm
- Wednesday, January 10 | 8:00am – 5:00 pm
All times are on PST time zone.
Virtual one-to-one meetings
Schedule virtual meetings with all attendees will take place January 16–17, 2024. Virtual meetings will be hosted via secured video conference tool.
Unique meeting links will be provided for your convenience.

Our proprietary partnering platform, partneringONE, allows you to identify prospective partners using advanced search capabilities and manage all your meeting requests in one place. Arrive onsite with a pre-filled, personalized meeting schedule and continue conducting partnering meetings virtually in the week following the live event.
Step 1 – PROFILE
Register, login and tell us about yourself and your company. Update your licensing opportunities so other participants can find you. Others will use your profile to evaluate your meeting requests.
Step 2 – SEARCH
Search for investors, companies, participants and licensing opportunities of interest and send requests for one-to-one meetings.
Step 3 – MEET
Accept or decline requests from others. Your meeting schedule will be based on your accepted requests and mutual availability.
