Michael has experience as an entrepreneurial leader, board member and senior advisor, with an extraordinary record of completing successful exits. VRD HealthTech, which he founded and Chairs, is a pioneer in the immersive health space. Michael recently was Chairman of the Board of a publicly traded hospital company that owns six facilities, and sits on other boards.

Michael built the Asia Pacific practice for Skadden specializing in M&A and fundraising transactions. In these capacities, Michael led a long list of innovative transactions involving billion dollar-plus transactions on four continents, and including major healthcare acquisitions, for which he has received numerous awards and recognitions.
