ALL BUILDEX Alberta Exhibitors have 1 INCLUDED Lead Retrieval Device or License (Phone App) in their Booth Contract. Claim your device for the event and purchase additional scanners if required.
Exhibitor Badge Registration
All exhibitors and their staff are required to wear a badge during the show while on the exhibit floor. Your exhibitor badge will allow you free entry onto the show floor one hour prior to show open each morning and access to the tradeshow floor during all show hours.
Exhibitor badge allotments are based square footage.
- 1-199 sq ft = 4 badges
- 200- 399 sq ft = 6 badges
- 400+ sq ft = 8 badges
Please note that badges are not required for move-in or move-out.

To register your staff badges please click the link below and select your company name. You will have received your password via e-mail sent from our registration partners- Microspec.
*note that the e-mail from Microspec has been sent to the MAIN BUILDEX CONTACT (as stated on the initial contract).

Save time onsite and ensure all staff badges are registered in advance.
Badge Pick-Up
Exhibitor badges can be picked up from the Exhibitor Registration Desk during move-in from 12pm-5pm
All exhibitors must pick up their staff badges during move-in. You will not be permitted to enter the show floor without a badge during show hours. A badge is also required to gain early access to the show floor on Wednesday and Thursday morning.
NOTE: Exhibitor badges are not mailed before the show.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PRINT AT HOME BADGES ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR BUILDEX Alberta 2025. To avoid long line-ups on show day, we encourage you have your badge printed at registration during move-in.
Lead Retrieval - Badge Scanner
As part of BUILDEX’s digital enhancement program to improve your exhibition experience at BUILDEX Alberta 2025, every exhibitor is entitled to one (1) lead retrieval device (mobile app or mini scanner) included with your exhibit booth purchase. Additional scanners can be purchased if required.
Lead retrieval helps you easily capture, qualify and connect with potential buyers who attend the show. You can also use the scanner unit to capture fellow exhibitor badges.
