Exhibitor Lunch and Learn
In order to prepare you for the show, we will be having a Virtual Exhibitor Lunch and Learn on September 17, 2026 at 12 PM (MT). This Lunch and Learn is an online event that exhibitors can sign up to attend. We will be going over what's new, protocols, deadline dates and more. So bring your lunch and your questions, we can't wait to see you!

Hotel Update for BUILDEX Alberta 2026
We've secured exclusive, discounted rates (starting as low as $179.00 per night, plus taxes and fees) at the Alt Hotel Calgary East Village, through September 19, 2026 or once the contracted block is booked up. After September 19th, rooms are subject to availability and rates may fluctuate based on hotel occupancy. Free cancelation is available up to 48 hours prior to your arrival, with full-charge applied after 48 hours.
Breakfast is available at Chix Eggshop for an additional fee.

Exhibitor Parking
Venue Parking:
- There are three main entry locations that access parking areas:
- south entry, 25 Ave. and 4 St. S.E.
- north entry, 12 Ave. and 3 St. S.E.
- north entry, Stampede Trailand 14 Ave. S.E.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to park in the Remington Lot, 11th Ave lot – which will also be able to accommodate larger vehicles.
- Transport Trucks, 28ft - 53ft trailers, flat beds, anything detachable can be held in Lot 25 A or B. This will need to be pre-approved. Please email Maggie Roman at maggie.roman@informa.com to arrange oversized vehicle parking.
- The closest lots to the event hall A2 are Lot 3/6.
- Exhibitor Parking is paid, however you can pre-purchase parking passes at a discount through the venue. Please refer to our Order Forms Page to purchase parking passes.
The BMO Centre at Stampede Park has several surface level parking lots available which are all charged at the prevailing rate for all events (payable by debit or credit in a contactless manner - parking passes can be pre-purchased for the event).

Getting to Stampede Park
Stampede Park is located on the southeast edge of downtown Calgary, along MacLeod Trail S.E. between 12 Ave. S.E. and 25 Ave. S.E.
Public Entrances to Stampede Park Include:
- Erlton entry, located on the south end of Stampede Park at 25 Ave S.W. and 4 St. S.E.
- Stampede Trail Entry, located on the north end at 14 Ave S.E. and Stampede Trail S.E.
Exhibitor Entrance to The BMO Centre:
- Located on the north end at the 3A Street gate located between Stampede Trailand 3 St. S.E. on 13 Ave. S.E
By Public Transit
Light Rail Transit (LRT) C-Trains
Stampede Park is conveniently located adjacent to two LRT stations on the Red Line arriving to and departing from:
Victoria Park Stampede Station
- north or downtown side
- direct access to the BMO Centre
Erlton Station
- south end of Stampede Park
- access to the south end of Stampede Park
To board a C-Train, use either a pass or purchase a ticket (available at stations), then validate it.

Public transport from Hotel Arts
Walk 5 minutes to EB 12 Ave SE at 1st St SE
Take the 24 two stops to EB 12 Ave SE at 3rd St SE
Walk 3 minutes to BMO Centre at Stampede Park
Driving
From Hotel Arts, head east on 12 Ave SW towards Centre St S
Turn right toward 13 Ave SE
Turn left onto 13 Ave SE
Turn right, destination is on the left
