Lead Retrieval & Lead Insights
Essential tools for effective lead management included for all exhibitors!
Lead Retrieval with MicroSpec
As part of BUILDEX’s digital enhancement program to improve your exhibition experience at BUILDEX Vancouver, every exhibitor is entitled to one lead retrieval device (mobile app or mini scanner) included with your exhibit booth purchase. Additional scanners can be purchased if required.
Lead retrieval helps you easily capture, qualify and connect with potential buyers who attend the show. You can also use the scanner unit to capture fellow exhibitor badges.
In order to receive your FREE Lead Retrieval Device, you must fill out the lead form from MicroSpec linked below. The discount for one (1) device will be applied once the form is filled out.
Place additional lead retrieval orders by January 30, 2027 to receive discount rates.
Lead Insights
As an exhibitor, you now have access to Lead Insights as part of your exhibitor package, complementing MicroSpec's Lead Retrieval system. This powerful platform allows you to rate, view, manage, and export all your interaction and campaign data in one centralized location.
How It Works:
Simply use your MicroSpec Lead Retrieval device to scan attendee badges, and all information will automatically appear on your Lead Insights Dashboard. The system analyzes this collected data within twenty-four hours, providing comprehensive visibility into all interactions—which you can then view, filter, and export directly from the dashboard.
Getting Started:
You'll receive access credentials and additional information via email from leadinsights@informa.com in late January 2027.
Lead Insights goes beyond basic lead retrieval by turning raw contact data into actionable sales intelligence. While lead retrieval captures attendee information through badge scanning, Lead Insights analyzes visitor behavior, engagement patterns, and demographic data to create detailed prospect profiles. The key benefit is the depth of information. Instead of a simple contact list, exhibitors gain insights into buying intent, readiness indicators, and personalized follow-up recommendations. This allows sales teams to prioritize leads, tailor messaging, and close deals faster.
