Insurance Requirements
Each exhibitor must ensure they have a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI), which meets the below requirements for the duration of the event, inclusive of move-in and move-out dates. Neither Show Management nor the Cohere Centre is responsible for injury to persons, loss of, or damage to products, exhibits, equipment or decorations, by fire, accident, theft, or any other causes while in the building.

Insurance Requirements
- The policy must be in effect from October 27th through October 29th, 2026
- Comprehensive General Liability to cover bodily injury and property damage to third persons, including Personal & Adv Injury limits, and Products and Completed Operations coverage of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurence and five million dollars ($5,000,000) aggregate.

Upload Your Own COI
If you have your own insurance coverage, you need to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance that meets the below requirements 30 days prior to the event (COI cut-off date is September 27, 2026).
To submit this, you must upload your Certificate of Insurance directly for review and approval. Please DO NOT email, mail, or fax your certificate.
Purchase an Insurance Policy for the Show Duration
Exhibitors can purchase Commercial General Liability and Property Insurance from www.exhibitorinsurance.com that includes all requirements to protect the attending public, the show organizer and yourself.
