Profile
Phoebe is a Principal at Molten Ventures with experience backing high-growth fintech and B2B SaaS companies. Previously a Vice President at Inovia Capital, she helped lead the European growth equity team, prior to which she worked at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, focusing on late-stage growth and pre-IPO opportunities. Phoebe began her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and holds a First-Class degree in Economics & Geography from Durham University.
