Having scaled and exited two startups, she brings a founder’s mindset to the financial industry. Sonia previously built the wealth business for Octopus and now heads Digital Distribution for EMEA at Invesco, where her work focuses on developing digital services for digital platforms. She also regularly guest lectures at Oxford’s Saïd Business School on topics including digital transformation, fintech partnerships, and building businesses from zero to scale.
