Victor Alexiev leads SPRINT, Citi’s Strategic Corporate Venture Investments and Partnerships program, aligned with the bank’s Financing and Securitization business. In his remit, Victor manages a global team of strategic investors, identifying and executing strategic collaborations and venture investments with category-defining fintech lenders, proptech innovators, private credit infrastructure providers, and the funds that back them.

Previously, Victor headed Citi’s venture incubation program (D10x), which identified, validated, and launched to market a number of innovative solutions across the wholesale banking space, including Proxymity, Bridge by Citi, and Citi Securities Lending Access.

Prior to his time at Citi, Victor built and led several tech ventures across Europe, the US, and Asia. He is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, global citizen, and systems thinker, with deep expertise in business model innovation, institutional DeFi, and automated decision support systems. With over a decade of experience building and scaling technology ventures worldwide, Victor's portfolio spans intelligent content curation, forestry tokenization, HR automation, and talent analytics.

Victor holds an MS in Decision Sciences from the London School of Economics, a double MS in System Dynamics Modelling from the University of Bergen in Norway and Radboud University in the Netherlands, and a BSc in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School
