Wincie Wong is a global digital transformation executive and former NatWest Group leader with deep experience building and scaling digital platforms, fintech ecosystems, and AI-enabled services in highly regulated environments across the UK and US.

Wincie has led enterprise digital, product, and workforce transformation across a 30,000-person technology organisation serving more than 20 million customers. Her work includes launching challenger banks, Open Banking platforms, merchant acquiring services, and AI-powered customer systems operating at national scale.

Alongside her enterprise leadership, Wincie is a founding member of the Tech She Can charity, which has reached over one million children in the past year alone through free lesson plans introducing young people to careers in technology. She is also co-founder of the NatWest Girls Can Code network and a frequent international speaker on fintech innovation, platform transformation, AI governance, and the future of digital talent.

US-trained and CPA-qualified, with certification in Machine Learning from Stanford, Wincie brings a rare combination of platform leadership, regulatory fluency, and ecosystem-level impact.
