Company Profile Form

Due by Friday, August 7

We use the company profile form to gather information about your company and innovation. It will be used to create a one-page profile in the digital event booklet and in the mobile networking event app. After the event, the profile will also be shown on Finovate.com next to your demo video.

To use this discount, please click the "Apply Discount to Tickets" button below. Add tickets to your basket and then, on the next page, click on 'Have a VIP code?' in the right corner and enter your company's discount code. The ticket price will be reduced by the respective discount before you enter any personal information. If you need more than six tickets or do not know your 60% discount code, please email Oliver at oliver@finovate.com. Additionally, demo packages also contain a 20% discount for social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, website, etc.). The 20% discount code is FKV2373TFF.

VIP Guest Passes

As a demoing company, you have the chance to nominate people for VIP guest passes.

If you would like to nominate someone to join us, please note they are required to work for an end user (i.e., Bank, Insurer) and hold a C-level, Director or VP title within the relevant field of technology, innovation or digital. If your chosen prospect(s) do not fit within this criteria, we will not be able to grant a complimentary pass, but, if you feel comfortable, you can share your 60% or 20% ticket discount with them.

Demo Speaker Registration & Marketing Form

Due by Friday, August 14

Please fill out the top section of this form so that your demo speaker(s) have access to the event. Attendance of at least one speaker from the pre-recorded demo is required -- more information about this on the form. This form also includes a marketing portion, which will be used in the run up to the event in marketing emails and blog posts to help generate buzz around the show and your innovation (OPTIONAL). We publish “sneak peek” blog posts starting several weeks before the event, but not the last two weeks, so make sure to submit this form by the due date.

Virtual Booth

The virtual demo booth includes branding, promotional materials, and a link to the “go live” video.

You'll submit collateral for your virtual booth through an online form that will be made available soon. Please start pulling together now the appropriate pieces: company logo (400 pixels wide minimum with transparent background), company bio (500 characters max including spaces), photos and other images (max 10), and the link to a hosted video (to be embedded on the event platform). Additionally, there are a maximum of 10 customizable links, so think about what you would like them to say and link to. Examples include company reports, white papers, and marketing materials (one link will be your demo video once on demand).

Demo Coaching

August 3 through August 21

During your 30-minute demo coaching session, we'll walk through how recording your digital demo before the event will happen and how it will be released during the event. We'll also share tips for creating a demo that will engage the audience, clearly communicate why your product is innovative/interesting, and maximize the value of your demo. We’ve seen quite a few demos over the years and have a lot of experience that we’re happy to share with you.

Demo Rehearsal

August 10 through August 28

During your 30-minute rehearsal, your speaker(s) will do a timed dry run of their 10-minute digital demo with host Greg Palmer. Greg will provide direct feedback and advice that you'll have a chance to incorporate into your demo before the final recording.

Demo Recording

August 17 through September 2

During this session, your speaker(s) will record their final 10-minute digital demo with Greg. This demo recording will then be released during the digital event.
