Atif Siddiqi is the founder and CEO of Branch, a leading provider of financial infrastructure, helping businesses and platforms manage the flow of worker payments and the operational processes surrounding them. Companies use Branch to power the movement of earnings to employees and independent contractors—including wages, tips, reimbursements, and other payouts—through financial technology that integrates into existing systems. Branch powers workforce payments and financial services for many of the nation’s leading companies and software platforms across hospitality, staffing, marketplaces, and workforce technology.

Atif started the company in 2015 as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Idealab, an incubator based in Pasadena, California. Branch has been honored with a Webby Award — Best Financial Services, Fintech Breakthrough Award, Gartner Eye on Innovation: Financial Services, and Top Workplaces USA. Atif has been recognized as one of Employee Benefit News’ Top 20 Digital Innovators in Benefits and EY Entrepreneur of the Year: Heartland.

Atif holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He is based out of Austin, Texas.
