He began at FICO, where he spent seven years working with banks, lenders, and telecom providers on credit risk, analytics, customer data, privacy, and early machine learning, before moving to Salesforce to deepen his experience in CRM and go-to-market strategy. For the past four years at Otter.ai, he’s partnered with many of the company’s largest financial services customers to help them adopt AI in practical ways.
