Chris Richards is the Chief Banking Officer at Mutual Bancorp, an $8 billion mutual multi-bank holding company, based in Hyannis, Massachusetts. In his role, Chris serves on the bank's executive committee and has responsibility for the bank’s payments strategy & channels as well as retail branches, treasury management, call center, banking operations, and small business lending, among other functions. Richards serves on several financial services industry groups including the ABA Payments Systems Advisory Committee (PSAC), Nacha Board of Directors, and Jack Henry’s Payments Advisory Council. Richards holds the AFPP and CAFP designations.
