With nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union system, Megan Freshour brings a blend of operational depth and strategic perspective to her work. Her background spans frontline service, digital engagement, and organizational project support, contributing to initiatives that enhance both member experience and internal efficiency. Megan is known for her strong project management skills, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to helping credit unions implement solutions that make a difference.

At Filene, Megan plays a central role in FiLab, Filene’s innovation and testing platform, where she supports the strategy and execution of its testing portfolio. She works closely with credit unions, fintechs, and researchers to pilot promising solutions, providing technical guidance and implementation support to help turn bold ideas into scalable, impactful programs.

Based in Florida, Megan earned her degree in Business with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Outside of the office, you’ll often find her at the beach, cheering on UCF football (Go Knights!), or spending time with her family and their very spoiled dog, Officer.
