Mike Pressman is the Director of Enterprise Sales Enablement at M&T Bank, where he leads the build of the bank’s enterprise-wide GTM and enablement infrastructure - including the piloting of generative and assistive AI across the banker workflow, from CRM-embedded agents to in-flow-of-work coaching tools. His career spans 15+ years of successive leadership roles in financial services, including Division COO for M&T’s retail distribution network and Head of Mortgage & Home Equity Sales Channel Management at TD Bank, where he led major operating model and channel transformations. He is an active participant in EqualAI, the Washington D.C.-based responsible AI governance organization, and holds the DCAM data governance certification from the EDM Council. Mike lives in New England where he’s an avid mountain biker and skier.
