Ms. Nin Desai, CEO, is an experienced fund manager and a technology geek. She started her professional career at Merrill Lynch with their Investment Management team. She then joined Pacific Crest Securities (now Key Bank), a technology investment banking firm. Her experience spans all facets of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance including public offerings and private placements. After which Ms. Desai was with Alpha Capital Partners, a private equity firm (or Alpha), where she was responsible for identification and evaluation of potential investments across a range of industries. She is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), and has a B.B.A and an M.B.A in Finance/International Business from Loyola University of Chicago. In 2012, she attended a leadership program in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.
