Ning Duong is President & CEO of Financial Center First Credit Union in Indianapolis, Indiana. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, she has built her career around helping credit unions grow through innovation, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on member experience. Prior to joining Financial Center, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Credit Union West in Arizona, where she led enterprise-wide strategy across retail banking, digital delivery, business banking, human resources, marketing, communications, and community development.
A recognized industry leader, Duong was named one of AZ Big Media's Most Influential Women in Arizona (2024), a Top Women Leader (2023) and one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Arizona (2022) by Women We Admire, and one of Top 100 Magazine's Top 100 People in Finance (2022).
Duong holds a master’s degree in human resources and employment law from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Colorado State University. She has completed executive certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through Cornell University and the University of South Florida. She currently serves on the National Credit Union Foundation's 2026 DE Alumni Advisory Group.
As CEO, she is leading the transformation of a nearly $1 billion credit union through strategic growth, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and modern leadership practices that position the organization for long-term success.
