Rahul Raj is a future-focused technology executive building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise and national workforce ecosystems. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager Leader at Walmart, he brings over 17 years of experience driving digital transformation, AI modernization, and retail and governance innovation across the public and private sectors.

Rahul operates at the strategic intersection of artificial intelligence, regulatory-compliant systems, and digital public infrastructure. He architects secure, enterprise-grade AI platforms leveraging federated learning, multi-agent systems, and distributed intelligence to modernize workforce verification, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

He is the architect of the Workforce Security Number (WSN) framework—a next-generation AI-enabled digital identity and workforce transparency system designed to enable trusted credential verification and inclusive economic participation at national scale. The WSN patent initiative received formal appreciation from the White House for its long-term strategic vision and innovation impact in advancing secure, AI-driven governance frameworks.

In 2013–14, Rahul conceptualized and architected India e-HAAT—Government Solution Marketplace, a mission-driven digital platform enabling SMEs through structured market access and digital onboarding. The initiative received formal appreciation from the Prime Minister's Office for its national development vision. It was operationalized in 2024 and showcased during Republic Day celebrations in India, highlighting its strategic and large-scale public impact.
