Stefany Bello is a seasoned executive driving digital innovation at Mastercard. As Senior Vice President of Digital Partnerships, Fintechs, and Enablers for the US, she spearheads the execution of Mastercard's digital strategy, collaborating with industry leaders including digital giants, neobanks, processors, program managers, payout companies, and innovative startups.
Stefany is instrumental in expanding Mastercard's digital footprint, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving transformative initiatives across the US digital payments landscape. Since joining Mastercard in 2009, she has held various global leadership roles in Advisors, Prepaid, Financial Inclusion, Debit, Digital, Retail, and Commerce. Her contributions to the evolution of the payments ecosystem are significant, with a focus on groundbreaking solutions such as digital and mobile payments, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, and cybersecurity. Notably, Stefany holds a patent for the Mastercard Aid Network, an innovative, non-financial service designed to streamline aid distribution in challenging environments.
She serves on the board of CodeArt, a non-profit organization focused on helping young girls in STEM. She is also one of the leads of the Latin American & Caribbean chapter of “The Belle Block”, a Mastercard led community focused on educating and empowering women and non-binary individuals to benefit from Web3 technology and crypto. Additionally, she serves on the advisory board of a loyalty start up, Reworth.
Stefany holds a bachelor's degree from Manhattanville College in international business management with concentrations in Latin American studies and Finance. Additionally, she is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, and proficient in French. Most recently, Stefany was named:
