Syed Raza brings more than 30 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance and internal audit. As a former regulator with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he served as an Acting Chief Innovation Officer, leading the agency's mission for supporting responsible innovation. During his tenure at the agency, Mr. Raza played a key role in providing risk management guidance for digital assets, Artificial Intelligence, and "Banking as a Service" arrangements. Mr. Raza’s extensive career is marked by significant contributions to the development of enterprise risk management frameworks, compliance management programs, and advising organizations as a responsible growth strategist.
