James currently heads Low Carbon Solutions strategy at PetroChina International, based in London. This includes many aspects of gas, LNG, power & emissions markets, including medium to long-term outlooks and scenario analysis. Involved in energy markets over the last 14 years, James has previously held leading analysis, strategy, and trading roles at S&P Global, BNP Paribas, and SSE plc. James holds a masters in Economics with Environmental Studies from the University of Edinburgh.
