Ireland has an established International Financial Services industry underpinned by a business-friendly environment, young, well-educated workforce, EU membership, strong research and innovation capabilities, and supportive government policies. IDA Ireland provides a range of services to help foreign multinational companies establish a presence in Ireland, including site visits, business intelligence, access to funding and grant aid, and assistance with recruiting and training employees.
