Sary QasimMENA Lead at Government Blockchain Association
Sary Qasim is the Middle East & North Africa Lead with Government Blockchain Association (GBA)
Mr. Qasim brings more than 15 years of experience in enterprise management on a Middle East regional scale. He is currently the General Manager for an industrial equipment trading and service business based in Jordan and Bahrain.
He has been involved with startups as a co-founder, business development manager, and executive partner, working with industrial blockchain development, OEMs, dealers, and sub-dealers supply chain, and smart contracts. Sary is a Certified Blockchain Consultant through the Linux Foundation and a Certified Smart Communities Leader with the Pepperdine School of Public Policy of Davenport Institute.
A native Jordanian citizen, Mr. Qasim was born and raised in Aqaba city. He joined the GBA Kuwait Chapter in 2018 while living abroad. When he returned to Jordan, he established a GBA chapter there in 2019, leading initiatives with government and private entities in the kingdom of Jordan. After 3 years of dedicated leadership in his own nation, Sary Qasim has earned the title of GBA MENA Regional Lead.
Sary was a keynote speaker at GBA Event: Future of Money, Governance and Law- Washington DC- Jan/ 2022 and in The Jordan financial Summit 20 (JOEAF) -The Dead Sea - March/ 2022
