Entry Process

Follow these simple steps to submit your entry:

  • Appoint an Awards Coordinator: Designate someone within your company to oversee the application process. This person will be responsible for coordinating and submitting your entry.

  • Download the Awards Entry Pack: Access our Entry Pack for detailed information and resources to guide you through the application process.

  • Explore the Categories: Review the updated award categories, judging criteria, and required materials. Take time to understand your options and choose the most relevant categories for your entries.

  • Check the Rules: Carefully review the eligibility criteria, entry requirements, deadlines, and judging criteria for each category you wish to enter.

  • Log in or Create an Account: Visit the official awards platform, Award Force, and create a profile if you haven't already: https://fwa.awardsplatform.com/

  • Start Your Entry: Begin crafting your application by gathering all necessary information and materials. You can complete the form in any order and save your progress at any time, allowing you to work on your entry at your own pace.

  • Submit Your Entry: Submit your complete application, including all required information and supporting documents, on or before the entry deadline.

Entry Guidelines

*The Future Workplace Awards team reserves the right to disqualify applications that do not comply with the guidelines of the awards.

Eligibility

  • The Future Workplace Awards are open to organisations, teams, and individuals from all industries across the public and private sectors who have made exceptional contributions to the HR industry in Middle East.

  • To be eligible, applicants must either operate in the Middle East or have HR initiatives that impact the Middle East market.

Entry Submission

  • There is no cost to submit a nomination. However, shortlisted nominees must pay a nominal fee to attend the awards ceremony.

  • All entries must be submitted by 6:00 PM (GST) on Tuesday, 5 August 2025.

  • Entries must be submitted through the official online entry platform, Award Force. No other submission methods are accepted.

  • Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.

  • All entries, supporting materials, and uploaded files must be in English.

Entry Requirements

  • Word limits must be strictly adhered to.

  • You can enter as many unique nominations as you like, but ensure each entry is clearly related to the chosen category.

  • Provide complete contact details for a designated contact person on the entry form to ensure smooth communication.

  • By submitting your entry, you certify that the information provided is accurate and adheres to the category requirements.

Judging Process

  • Judges will assess entries based on the specific requirements of each category.

  • Judges reserve the right to move entries to different categories if deemed appropriate.

  • All information provided to judges will be used solely for judging purposes and will be treated confidentially.

  • Judges will recuse themselves from evaluating any entries where a conflict of interest exists.

  • The judges' decision is final and binding.

Shortlist Announcement

  • Shortlisted nominees will be announced on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.

  • The names of shortlisted entrants and category winners will be published on our website. The names of companies/individuals whose entries are not shortlisted will remain confidential.

Awards Ceremony

  • Winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Tuesday, 21 October 2025.

  • All shortlisted companies must have at least one representative attending the awards ceremony.
