Fatima has more than 13 years of experience in Learning and Development. She has worked as a Senior Management Associate at Spearhead Training Institute, served as a Learning and Development Manager at Arada Developments for five years, and contributed as a Corporate Trainer at Damac Properties. In her new role, Fatima will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employee skills, support career growth, and drive business performance. She will work closely with management to identify training needs, develop engaging learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. She holds a CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning & Development and a Master of Arts in TESOL from the University of Hertfordshire. |
