Media Accreditation & On-Site Media
Thank you for your interest in The Buildings Show.
Media accreditation is provided to media on assignment to cover The Buildings Show. Due to the demand for tickets, the number of available Media Passes is limited, and we may not be able to approve every request.
For best results, please submit your application for media accreditation no later than one month before the event and provide as much information as possible. Notice of application status will be emailed to applicants. Please review the guidelines for on-site media below before applying.
Media Guidelines
Media Passes
Media Passes must be worn at all times. Media passes provide full access to the tradeshow floor and conference, however do not include food/beverages during breakfast/lunch sessions. Please keep in mind that an actual seat cannot be guaranteed if a session is sold out. Ask the Media Contact if you have any questions or concerns about your access or activities on-site.
Interviews
Speakers may be approached directly on-site for interviews. Requests for pre-show phone interviews must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event through our Media Contact.
Photographs & Filming
Camera crews are free to roam the show floor and seminars. Do not set up equipment in a fixed manner without pre-approval/supervision from the Media Contact. When covering a seminar, please inquire if you may photograph or film the speakers first. Entire sessions may not be filmed, unless with prior consent from the speakers and the Media Contact. Do not block views from the audience or change the room set up. The use of a camera flash during seminars is not permitted. You are required to stop filming/shooting if asked.
Commercial Use of Footage
Permission must be obtained from The Buildings Show for videotaping, filming, or recording that will be used for commercial (non-media) purposes. Please specify this in your media request.
