Susan is a seasoned real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in managing award-winning flagship assets in the office and retail sectors. She previously served as General Manager of Toronto Eaton Centre, Cadillac Fairview’s 4-million-square-foot flagship property, where she led a team of 160 and oversaw strategy, operations, and crisis management during the 2012 Urban Eatery shooting. After completing her MBA, Susan transitioned to the nonprofit sector as the leader of BOMA Toronto, the second-largest BOMA Association globally. In this role, she drives strategic vision, operational growth, and member value while championing collaboration, change, and mentoring women in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
