Jeff has applied artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform inventory management processes to drive $250mm in EBITA upside, built digital marketing platforms for billion dollar brands, run EDI systems supporting $6 billion annually in transactions, and designed and executed global transformations of HR and of digital workplaces, supporting nearly 25,000 employees worldwide.
Jeff was an early practitioner of artificial intelligence, co-founding with a leading AI researcher at the University of Chicago a start-up based on early natural language iterative search, and recently completed the Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy program at MIT Sloan & MIT SAIL.
