FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I'm already registered attendee of TMRE 2020, what happens with my registration?
Your existing in-person conference registration ticket will automatically be carried over to our 100% virtual event and you do not need to re-register. Should you have any questions about your existing registration, please contact our Delegate Relations Director Liz Weinman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am a sponsor/exhibitor, what happens next?
Our number one priority is to deliver you an outstanding virtual experience, resulting in more opportunities for networking, brand visibility and lead generation than ever before. Over the coming days, your dedicated Account Manager will reach out to discuss next steps. Should you have questions, please contact Liz Hinkis at email@example.com.
I am a speaker on the agenda, what happens next?
As speaker on our program, we will soon be contacting you to discuss next steps on how we can incorporate your presentation as part of the virtual TMRE event in October. Should you have questions, please contact Amanda Powers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will the presentations be delivered in a virtual format?
All speaker presentations will be accessible from your computer or mobile device with a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions. Speakers will have scheduled live Q&A built into the agenda which will accommodate an Eastern Standard Time zone (EST).
Attendees will be able to see the video of the speaker, along with their slide deck as they are presenting. Attendees will also be able to see who else is in the virtual room alongside them, and can send private or group-wide messages during or after the presentation. Presentations will be available to view on-demand, allowing you to view presentations across all tracks at your own pace.
How will the virtual exhibition hall look?
Our virtual exhibit hall will be accessible alongside the presentations at the event. Each virtual exhibit booth will provide you with a simple way for you to connect with relevant vendors and suppliers. During the event, there will be dedicated networking time in the exhibit hall, as well as exclusive Success Story sessions, Demos, as well as other interactive activities.
Will I still be able to communicate with attendees, speakers and exhibitors?
Yes, our virtual platform will have a full attendee list published (name, title, company, photo) to create simple-yet-effective virtual networking opportunities. We will also be using the Brella platform for you to send private messages and set up meetings with fellow attendees.
I already booked flights / hotel accommodations, can these be refunded?
Please follow up with the airline / hotel directly to inquire about cancellation policies.

Virtual Event Data Notification
Informa and Bizzabo, the third-party platform provider acting on Informa's behalf, will use your personal information provided during the registration process to host and manage this digital event and for analyzing traffic with a view to improving the event experience for customers.
You may have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with third parties (i.e. sponsors and exhibitors) upon registering.
When you interact with exhibitor or sponsor advertisements or content, and you have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with third parties, your personal information will not be provided.
However, when you directly engage with an exhibitor or sponsor e.g. by entering a virtual exhibition booth or session, requesting to connect, accepting a meeting invitation, or participating in sponsored activities, your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor to allow them to engage with you during the event and for future marketing purposes.
