Esther Hoyas Vicente is Sustainable Aviation Manager at Global Factor, where she advises aviation stakeholders on decarbonization, climate policy, and regulatory compliance, including EU ETS, ReFuelEU Aviation, and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Previously, at EUROCAE and EUROCONTROL, she managed working groups on hydrogen and hybrid-electric propulsion, coordinated with aviation authorities on SAF regulation and contributed to European Commission projects on zero-emission aviation and ATM. She holds a master's degree in Big Data and a bachelor’s degree in international studies.
