Ben has been with AGC Biologics for over seven years and is serving as Vice President of Business Development since 2025, overseeing strategic business initiatives in Europe and leading a team of 7 regional Business Development Directors/Senior Directors. Together with his team, he is in charge to excite European customers for the 8 facilities around the globe, serving Mammalian, Microbial, mRNA and C&GT Services.

Ben has almost two decades of experience in the life science industry and held management roles in Technical Operations at Vetter Pharma and Rentschler before transitioning to Business Development and then joining AGC Biologics in 2018. With an Engineering degree in Biotechnology from University of Mannheim, Germany and deep experience in Process Technologies, Ben leverages his technical background to find most suitable solutions for AGC Biologics partners.
