Benjamin Blaha is the technical co-founder and co-CEO of Fuse Vectors, developing disruptive vector technologies to power the next generation of advanced therapies. He holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and has led process development and CMC functions at leading biotech companies across Europe and the US, including UniQure, ImmuneBridge, and the UK’s Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult. His work has focused on translating scientific innovation into scalable manufacturing, building high-performing teams, and advancing the delivery of transformative therapies to patients worldwide.
