Elizabeth Gaskins Civils is the Vice President of Membership at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). She began her career at BIO in 2006, stepping into her current leadership role in 2021. With two decades of experience in membership development, outreach, and engagement, Elizabeth is dedicated to strengthening member relationships and supporting BIO’s continued growth. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
