Gray has a Masters in Biochemistry and a DPhil in oncolytic virotherapy from The University of Oxford, and a decade of experience in cell therapy development.

A proven biotech leader, Gray has established research facilities from scratch and has extensive experience in the cell therapy development pathway. This includes includes in-house and CDMO lentivirus and cell therapy GMP manufacturing in UK, France and Spain, regulatory filings with FDA and MHRA, clinical operations and logistics.
