Jack Castle is Chief Business Officer at Ochre Bio, a biotechnology company developing RNA therapies for chronic liver disease through the integration of big data, machine learning, and human liver models. At Ochre, he leads corporate strategy, business development, and financing, including landmark collaborations with Boehringer Ingelheim and GSK.

Before joining Ochre, Jack was Chief of Staff in Deloitte’s Life Sciences Strategy practice, where he advised global biopharma and biotech companies on R&D strategy, advanced analytics, and commercial strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked in global health, venture philanthropy, and capital markets with the Clinton Health Access Initiative and Citigroup.

Jack holds a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and brings a strong foundation in dealmaking, finance, and health economics to advancing innovation in biotech.
